What is CBD oil?

Hemp plants contain a wide variety of active ingredients. CBD is obtained through an intensive extraction process. Because this process leads to a gold-colored paste, an oil is added to make it completely liquid. In fact, CBD oil therefore consists of an extract from the hemp plant and an oil. Usually this concerns coconut oil, olive oil or hemp seed oil.

Can I also get a consultation with you about the effect of CBD oil?

At HMPS. we believe in science and rely on the expertise of general practitioners. After all, they know you and your health best. We are convinced of the quality of our products and also believe in a positive contribution from CBD. If you would like medical advice, we recommend that you contact your doctor or general practitioner. For these reasons we choose not to give consultations about the use. However, we can answer your questions about the products ourselves. You are always welcome for this.

How do I know HMPS. delivers quality?

We choose our suppliers with great care. This means that they must comply with the guidelines drawn up by the European Union. In addition, all our products are tested by an independent laboratory. You can find the test results on this page.

How do I use CBD oil?

Our bottles come with a handy pipette. Apply a few drops at a time (between one and three) under the tongue and leave for about twenty seconds. Then you swallow the drops. By varying the dosage, you will find out what is most effective for you. However, we always advise you to consult your doctor with medical questions and / or complaints.

Is CBD oil legal?

Yes. Our CBD oil is legal because it contains no THC. Note that we sell our CBD oil as a supplement and not as a medicine.

How can I be sure that my order was successful?

You will receive a confirmation from us immediately after your order. You will also receive a track & trace code with which you can track the order.

I want to order, but payment is not possible. What now?

If you are unable to pay and this is not due to your balance, we ask you to contact us. We will then look for a solution together.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

We do not want to oblige people to order for a minimum amount. In order to be able to continue to provide the service, we are forced to charge you a shipping rate for orders under 35 euros. Different rates apply for shipments outside the Netherlands and Belgium. For specific questions about this you can contact us.

How can I pay?

You can pay at HMPS in various ways.

Can I still cancel my order?

When you place an order, we do everything we can to deliver it within 3 working days. We can only cancel the shipment immediately if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. If you have already received this confirmation, you can return your product via the return portal. As soon as we have received the package again, we will return the purchase amount as soon as possible.

My product is currently not available. What now?

If the product is currently not in stock, but it arrives within a week, you can already pre-order. If it takes longer than a week before we have the product in stock again, we will notify you when it is available again.

How do I receive my invoice?

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will also immediately attach the invoice to this. Because sustainability is important to us, you will not receive a paper invoice with your order.

How long is the delivery time?

From the moment you have ordered from us and do this before 6 pm, we will deliver your beautiful package within 3 working days.


How do I recognize a package from HMPS.?

Our shipping boxes are printed with our logo. If you prefer to receive the order in a blank box, please indicate this when placing the order.

How do you take sustainability into account when shipping?

Our goal is to work as sustainably as possible. We use boxes that are compensated for by shipping new trees. In addition, we only choose distribution partners who care about sustainability.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship our packages all over Europe. However, an adjusted rate applies for countries outside the Netherlands and Belgium. You can find these rates on our shipping page.

Do you also have special shipping options?

Because we are still in the start-up phase, we only use a standardized shipping method. This way we can work as efficiently and sustainably as possible. We may offer special shipping options in the future.
