Guarantee policy

We attach great value to quality and we will always try our best to deliver our products in a great condition. However, it might occur that a package or product is damaged while it is being shipped or something else happens causing you to use our guarantee option. By law, you are obliged to contact us within two months after noticing a defect. In case the defect falls within the terms of the guarantee policy, we will assure that your product is replaced, free of charge.

Complaints

It might also occur that something does not go as planned. We would recommend you to contact us first whenever this is the case. You can do so by sending an email to cs@hmps.nl. Together we will find a satisfying solution. Since the 15th of February 2016, consumers from the European Union may also register their complaints at the ODR platfrom from the European Commission. This ODR platform can be accessed using the following link. http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When your complaint has not been addressed anywhere else, you are free to deposit your complaint via this platform by the EU.
